What You’ll Do
- Work directly with developers to support their Arbitrum integrations, helping them troubleshoot and optimize performance.
- Create developer-facing content such as sample applications, tutorials, documentation, blog posts, videos, and workshops.
- Run workshops, hackathons, and meetups to support adoption
- Represent Arbitrum at conferences, meetups, and online developer communities.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and help shape the developer experience.
- Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to help improve tools and documentation.
- Help organize and support hackathons and other developer events.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in software engineering (especially Web3 or smart contracts).
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Competent Computer Science fundamentals or previous development experience
- Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solidity, and L2 solutions
- Experience with public speaking or technical content creation (e.g., blogs, tutorials, conference talks).
- Passionate about developer experience and community building.
- Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang
- Prior experience in developer advocacy or community building
- Ability to build demo applications and explain code clearly
Preferred Skills
- Previous work in open-source communities
- Experience running developer events or meetups
- Familiarity with Arbitrum, EVM-compatible chains, or L2 rollups
- Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments.
